Villa Barbi is available for weekly rentals and can host up to ten people in four suites and one bedroom. Decorated with warm and precious materials and personalised with authentic antiques, all rooms of Villa Barbi are extremely comfortable and welcome you with an intimate and quiet atmosphere. Every bedroom has been individually designed mixing tradition, precious fabrics, period furnitures, Italian vintage design and paintings.
Surrounded by green lawns and vineyards, Villa Barbi has an independent gate entry and is located 250 metred from the other buildings of the Decugnano deci Barbi winery, to offer you great comfort and privacy.
Lay back on a lounge chair in the pool deck and enjoy the warm afternoon sun. Sit under the loggia as you sip a glass of Decugnano dei Barbi wine and admire a beautiful sunset, or prepare an alfresco feast on the barbecue. Spend a peaceful evening around an antique wood-burning fireplace surrounded by elegant and refined furnishing and dine with your friends or family around a grand oval table. Let the local cook and expert waitresses spoil you and your friends during your weekly stay.
Villa Barbi is the perfect spot all year long. In summer, chill out at the poolside and relax in the shade under the porch as you admire the expanse of green vines. Visit at the end of August and enjoy vintage time, the best time to get in touch with winery life.
In September and October, yellow, orange and red leaves fill the surrounding hills with golden colors that stand out at sunset hours turning your stay in pure delight. Don’t forget the olives harvest at the end of the season.
Winter means holidays, so why not celebrate Christmas with your family and friends in a cozy atmosphere around a 17th-century wood-burning fireplace? Lunch or dinner service:
350 Euros per meal, plus the cost of the groceries and drinks purchased (billed at cost). The service include the service of local cook (4 hours), the waiter (2 hours) and the shopping service (going to the supermarket to buy the groceries).
The cook is an Orvieto local who prepares meals according to the Orvieto and Umbria tradition. This service is not commissionable and it is only payable on site. The amount include VAT & taxes.
Breakfast buffet:
100 Euro per day. This service is not commissionable and it is payable on site. The amount include VAT & taxes.
Weddings and small events:
Weddings and small events can be organised at winery, in the old chapel of St. Mary of Decugnano.
Decugnano offers its own service of Wedding Planning but external agency commissions on this service can be discussed for each event separately.
