Relais Villa Olmo Food & Wine Resort is an exquisite boutique hotel located in Impruneta, the gate to the Chianti area, just 20 minutes from Florence. Quintessentially Tuscan and full of natural charm this characterful property offers guests an immersion into the Tuscan lifestyle and regional food and wine heritage.

18 finely appointed and stylish rooms, suites and private villas have been thoughtfully designed to complement the natural surroundings. Lovingly restored and meticulously restyled, the accommodation carefully blends regional architecture such as stone walls and terracotta tiles, with contemporary furnishings. Expect interior colours of warm red - like the grapes in the vineyards, mellow green - like the olive oil, and beige-gold - like the local wheat used in the homemade bread.

The property’s Diadema Wine Bar & Restaurant has been created as an authentic Tuscan bistro showcasing the finest local and seasonal produce. On the estate vegetables and herbs are grown according to tradition and following the rules of organic farming. The creamiest cheeses, most flavourful meats and grains are sourced directly from the nearby hillside farms.  

The premium signature Diadema wines are aged onsite, both traditionally in oak wood casks, and in terracotta earthenware vases created especially by local artisans. They are perfectly paired with a tasty Tuscan meal, but also enjoyable on their own. Guests have the opportunity of stepping into the Diadema wine cellar and joining the property’s sommelier in a tasting session or learning how to make their own blend on a wine-making experience.  

The Relais also offers a great variety of experiential activities, including horseback riding, vespa tours, bike tours and wine tours. And for a more relaxing pastime, there is a swimming pool boasting splendid views of the Tuscan countryside.
