The Holden Manz is a 22 hectares wine estate nestled between the Franschhoek and Stony Brook rivers amidst the majestic mountain range of the Franschhoek Valley. The ‘Franschhoek Kitchen’ restaurant is rated one of the leading restaurants of the region and Executive Chef Maryna Frederiksen has a special interest in using only locally sourced products to create spectacular tasty combinations that complement the award winning wines of the estate. Dinning should be an experience around the idea of simplicity and beauty of nature and a celebration of what nature has to offer. To feel closer to nature you can arrange for dishes to be served amidst the vineyards or as a picnic along the river. The Holden Manz team takes great pride in their green and holistic approach towards becoming a rigorously organic estate. They produce herbs, seasoning, jams, juices, eggs, honey and even mustard.

The Spa’s professional staff offers a multitude of treatments using only Africology products with healing and restorative powers from plant oils.
