With this day trip you can discover Italian food for yourself. Together with the chef you will visit the market to buy fresh products with which to prepare the dishes of the day. These are always ingredients that are in season and grown locally, reflecting the immense richness of the Ligurian landscape: the sea, the mountains, the gardens ... During the cooking process, enjoy a wine tasting of local wines, which will prepare the palate for delicious dishes. Once the cooking class is over, it is time to sit around a table full of typical products and enjoy the completed work. Savor the products of the area and your perfectly prepared dishes of the day. Then we will finish the day with a visit to a producer of extra-virgin olive oil and a sampling of the different oils as we learn about the extraction and production processes as well as all the characteristics of this liquid gold so appreciated in Mediterranean gastronomy.

Cancellation Policy
The travel package or day tour can be cancelled without incurring any penalties within at least 61 days before departure. Cancellation penalties will be equal to 25% for cancellations made in writing between 60 and 41 days before departure; 50% for cancellations made in writing between 40 and 21 days before departure; 100% for cancellations made in writing within 20 days before departure, and for no-shows.
