Tour Overview
Discover the sunning scenery of th world famous Waiheke Island with this full-day wine and food tour.
If you are coming from Auckland you will take the ferry to Waiheke Island where your guide Geoff will meet you on arrival.
Taste the authenticity of Waiheke Island at three cellar doors (Mudbrick, Kennedy Point, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Obsidian or Tantalus) enjoying either premium and/or seated wine tastings.
Along the way you will see some the famous Oneroa and Onetangi beaches and coastline plus learn a bit about what it's like to live on this wonderful island.
You will then enjoy a 2-course or set meal with a glass of wine at one of the most highly awarded winery restaurants (Casita Miro, The Shed at Te Motu or Tantalus).
At the end of the tour Geoff will take you back to the ferry teminal so that you can catch the ferry back to Auckland.
Please note:
- You will not do both wine tasting and lunch at either of Te Motu or Tantalus on the same tour
- If you are staying on Waiheke Island your guide will collect you from and return you to your accomodation provided it doesn't require four wheel drive access.
November 1st to April 30th the start times (arrival on Waiheke Island ferry terminal or from local accommodation): 9:35am - 11:35am and sailings to the island take 35 mins and leave every half hour from Auckland so there are 5 options for the starting time.
May 1st to October 31st: 9:35am - 11:35am but sailings only come every hour during this period so there are only 3 options for the starting time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 7 days before the booked start time will be refunded, less any payment transaction costs.
Cancellations received between 7 days and 24 hours before the booked start time will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the booked start time, and no shows on the day, will not receive any refund.
All or the tour prices are based on a set number of people for each booking. Should the number of people that join the tour on the day increase, then the price will also increase in line with the current tour booking prices. If the number reduces the cancellation policy above will apply to the appropriate reduction in numbers and related prices.
