First, you will visit the winery Masi, a paradise with native flora and fauna. Masi has integrated its own techniques into the winery and created an eco-sustainable reality in which important oases of biodiversity are maintained in the context of organic agriculture. Caring for and respecting the environment are part of Masi's culture and philosophy, its wines combine the exuberance of Argentinean nature with the attractive elegance of Veneto wines in Italy.

On the way to the next winery, take a detour for some scenic views of spectacular vineyards and fruit orchards of the beautiful Uco Valley. 

Once you arrive at The Vines of Mendoza resort, you will visit a beautiful family winery, Super UCO. There you will meet one of the Michelini brothers who will explain the processes involved in making a great biodynamic wine, focused on the pure soul and terroir of the Uco Valley, specifically Gualtallary and Vista Flores districts. This boutique, biodynamic project is the first of its kind in Mendoza with very limited production of top quality, terroir driven wines. The two hectares farm is planted in circles with 360 degrees exposure to the sun. The different varietals are planted from the centre outward, as its vegetative cycle dictates-cutting edge, meticulously crafted Argentinean wines.

Continue heading west to reach Domaine Bousquet, a producer of highly awarded organic wines. Avinícola is dedicated to organic farming, improving the biodiversity of its lands. They really think that the healthier the vine, the better the fruit and, of course, the wine. Organic agriculture and production help protect and sustain land and the environment for future generations.
