Maipo Valley Wine Tour at Concha y Toro and Santa Rita Vineyards

Discover the Maipo Valley and two of its most amazing wineries: Concha y Toro and Santa Rita, with this full-day wine tour.

Start with a visit at one of the most recognized vineyards in the world, Concha y Toro. Tour the surroundings while tasting some of the best wines in the wonderful park of European Influence, where ithe majestic house of Pirque, an architectural monument built at the end of 19th century stands out.

As you walk through the park and the lagoon you will know the vineyards that give rise to the production of the best Cabernet Sauvignon in Chile. Among the most significant attractions of the vineyard are its old wineries where the founder, Don Melchor Concha & Toro kept part of his best wines. Learn about the legend of the Devil's Locker, a legend that made Chilean wines famous in the world (Casillero del Diablo). You will enjoy three tastings and a glass of gifted wine.

During the transfer between vineyards you will have time to have lunch.

At Santa Rita Vineyard you will learn about the history of Chile and its viticulture. Begin in the vineyards and continue with a variety garden which will allow you to know a little more about the different vines and their characteristics. You will discover the complete process of wine elaboration, passing through the wineries of fermentation, reserve and bottling plant.

Visit the historic winery made of "Cal & Canto", as well as the famous "Winery of the Hundred and twenty patriots", today National Monument. Finish with a tasting of two reserve wines.

At the end of the trip, you will return to Santiago where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
