This 4-hour food tour offers eight authentic tastings at a diversity of places like markets, shops, bakeries, pubs and restaurants. You will visit the best local haunts, meet the owners and explore historical sites that few tourists have an opportunity to experience.

Your tour will be led by entertaining local guides that will not only make sure you are well fed but will also educate you with stories that give you insights into the East End’s traditions and culture.
You’ll wander the streets to discover ancient Roman burial grounds, Georgian-style mansions built from the French silk trade, hidden synagogues and the most vibrant street art in the world.
You will taste London’s best bacon sandwich at the award-winning St. John Bread & Wine, visit the most famous bagel shop, this side of the Atlantic and discover the wonderful world of English cheeses at Androuet, London’s expert cheese mongers.
Fish and Chips is a must and there is no better place to get your fix than at Poppies, listed as Time Out’s top 100 foods in London. You will also have the opportunity to try a delicious sampling of delectable curries on Brick Lane, which boasts over 50 restaurants.
Next, you cannnot miss the pudding at the historic English Restaurant, a properly delicious thing to do.
Finally, you will experience life at the local pub at the Pride Of Spitalfields (non-alcoholic options available too), followed by a salted caramel tart, a true mouth-watering experience.
