Cruise across the Golden Gate Bridge in comfortable transportation and enjoy the scenic drive to visit the most renowned wine regions in the world on this day trip from San Francisco to Napa and Sonoma.
The day begins with a brief stop at the Golden Gate Bridge for photos. The morning includes visits to two boutique wineries in Sonoma (Peter Cellars and Homewood Winery), with a chance to meet and talk with the winemakers. Each winery has been carefully selected for its friendly staff, unique character and award-winning wine.
Lunch will be on your own at Napa's famous Oxbow Public Market, which offers specialty foods from all throughout Northern California. There are tasting rooms in downtown Napa, so if you get a quick bite for lunch you may be able to do an additional tasting on your own.
In the afternoon, you will visit a Napa winery - Buhman Estate Vineyards - that dates to 1800s. Vineyard views and the estate's wines make for an amazing final stop.
