Experience Overview
Our guides will provide a comprehensive tour, sharing the history of the farm and how the family settled here. As you tour our vineyards you will learn about our conversion to organic farming, see the vineyards up close and learn about the history of the Casablanca Valley.
Following the tour of the vineyard, the visit continues through the winery. We explain our winemaking philosophies and everything we do from the grapes being hand-picked to the final product: our premium wines.
Once the tour is over, we invite visitors to a tasting that focuses on explaining the profiles of the wines, from flavor, terroir and wine aging techniques. The tasting includes five wines, usually our Cariblanco Sauvignon Blanc, Sabino Chardonnay, Tobiano Pinot Noir, and Lucero Syrah, all perfectly paired with local cheeses and artisan chocolates.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 72 hours before the tour, receive a full refund.
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour, receive a refund of 50% of the total paid.
All canceled reservations less than 48 hours prior to the tour and/or not made without prior notification have NO refund.
