After an international life she took over the Domaine in 2001 and has developed a deep knowledge in vine and wine history, natural farming and winemaking. You will enjoy learning about biodynamic farming, soil life, terroir, insects, indigenous yeast, climate change, economic models, chenin blanc history etc, etc while walking in the world heritage landscape of Savennières with her.
