Experience a typical Argentine gathering, the Argentine Asado (BBQ), in the heart of Buenos Aires, in the Palermo neighborhood.
You will learn about this tradition, what is a true Argentinian barbecue, and share a moment of good food and good wine in good company.
Menu:
1st course: Traditional Welcome Picada (Cold meats table)
2nd course: Mixed Greens Salad with Confit Tomatoes, Apples, Reggianitto Cheese and a House-made Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
3rd course: Achuras, assorted cuts of meat grilled to perfection and served with typical Argentine Sauces
4th course: 350g Premium Steak with a Side of Roasted Vegetables
5th course: Dulce de Leche Cheesecake, Whipped Cream and Candied Orange Peel
The BBQ will be accompanied by wine and still and sparkling water.
