Tour Overview
Enjoy a full-day, guided tour to the famous Alsace wine region; taste wines with your expert guide and visit several different wineries throughout the day.
You will be taken to four special wineries, including a large cooperation and some small independent (organic and biological) wineries where you will be introduced to the winemakers.
Explore the different terroirs and enjoy a wine tasting to learn how the soil types add to the smell and flavours of the wines.
At the end of the day you will have tasted samples and different years of all great white wines, and some roses and red Pinot Noirs too. You will also be introduced to some Grand Crus and late harvest wines (VDTs).
Last but not least you will discuss food pairings as Alsace wines are mostly gastronomical wines.
