At 9:30 am your guide and host will be at your hotel waiting to start your winemaking experience at a wine estate, for example Quinta Nova or Quinta do Vallado, depending on your preferences and availability.
The activity begins by learning more about the vinification and blending processes before starting making your own blend, label, and cork. Once your bottle is ready, bring your own wine at home with you.
You will finish your day with a typical regional lunch paired with the wines of the wine estate.
