The Chateau’s private dining rooms are the stage for an exquisite pairing of fine wines and the seasonal cuisine of Haut-Bailly’s own Chef.
Set in the dining room of the Chateau, the Chef’s menu is designed around seasonal products, unveiled at the table. This experience includes a winery visit, an aperitif with Champagne, a four-course menu paired with 3 wines from the estate.
