Experience Overview
A unique ‘double sustainability’ experience to tour through the certified organic vineyard and micro winery of Paradise Rescued on route to visit inside the heritage listed12th century village church of St. Saturnin, Cardan.
Paradise Rescued winery was founded with the mission to sustain the rural heritage of the village of Cardan. Starting from the winery, we will take you on a walk through our organic vineyard, overlooked by the church which is our second destination.
After sharing the sustainability history and artisanal work in our vineyards, we will walk on up to the church and visit inside this beautiful French national monument with its many original Romanesque architectural features.
Our return journey will take us back through the second part of our vineyard, including our 65 year old merlot vines, and into the winery for a close-up experience of the wine making process. We finish the tour with a tasting of the award-winning organic wines outside of the winery doors.
