Surrounded by the Grand Cru vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Les Sources de Caudalie is just 20 minutes from Bordeaux’s city centre. The property was designed by architect Yves Collet, who used recycled local materials to create a collection of state-of-the-art buildings that are perfectly in tune with the idyllic surroundings.

The concept behind the hotel is inspired by the “French Paradox” – a study that proved how the French diet and lifestyle, particularly in Southwest France, is conductive to good health. Les Sources de Caudalie is a genuine source of wellbeing where everything is devoted to nature, taste and the senses.

Each of the 61 rooms and suites is elegantly decorated and named after aspects of regional heritage. The hotel boasts its own Vinothérapie Spa offering unique treatments that combine the virtues of natural hot spring water with the benefits of the grape. Additionally there are three incredible restaurants to choose from including the two-Michelin-star-awarded La Grand’Vigne.
