On this unforgettable treasure hunt you will search for the illustrious treasure of the Franciscan Monks. Follow cryptic clues which will lead you through the beautiful expanse of the vineyard and through ancient olive groves. Soak up the breathtaking views of luscious scenery as you hunt for your treasure.
After the hunt you will be treated to a wine tasting of 6 world-class wines as well as fresh produce from the farm. Try warm bruschetta with two different homemade organic extra virgin olive oils, delicious Umbrian cheeses and typical Italian sweets from the kitchen. You will get a real taste for Umbria and the food and wine typical of this area.
The winery where the tour takes place extends over the hills which surround the beautiful town of Assisi, a place famous for its history, religious ties and, of course, its wine and olive oil traditions dating back centuries. Wine tourists will love the chance to explore the vineyard of this first-class winery and sample many of their delicious wines.
