Nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Cotswolds countryside, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Cotswolds Distillery was born from a dream to produce Outstanding Natural Spirits in one of the most beautiful regions in the world.

The Cotswolds Distillery opened its doors in 2014 and has since crafted a range of delicious award-winning spirits, including the rich and fruity Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky and Cotswolds Dry Gin.

Discover the Cotswolds Distillery spirits on one of their informative Tour & Tastings. You'll be taken on a guided tour of the distillery, including the production area, where you will be able to see, smell and learn all about how they craft their spirits, before finishing with a tutored tasting of their full range in a cosy tasting room.

After your tour you can pick up a bottle to take home in the shop or enjoy a spot of lunch in the distillery cafe.

Book your winery experience

The tour begins with a short video which highlights the story behind the Cotswolds Distillery and their traditional production methods.

Shortly after, you’ll be taken around the distillery’s production areas and warehouses where your tour guide will give you a detailed account of how their award-winning spirits are crafted - you’ll be able to see (and smell!) the processes in action.

At the end of the tour, you'll get to sample a range of spirits and liqueurs.

Please be aware that we ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling for groups of 4 and less. For groups of 5 or more we ask for one weeks notice.
