Discover Dacapo-Cà ed Balos, a small family owned farmstead and winery, located in Agliano  Terme, in the soft sloping hills of Monferrato.

Dacapo- Cà  ed  Balos is a dream came true. The desire of a family to make the passion for culture, territory, and good living be truly part of their life.

The company, which derives from the union of two brands, Dacapo in Monferrato and Cà  ed  Balos in the Langhe produces fine artisanal wine and grappa from both territories, with particular emphasis on sustainability and with the main objective of achieving a superior quality product. They are officially in organic conversion, in order to enhance focus on quality and respect of the environment. 

The company has property vineyards in the Langhe, in Castiglione Tinella and Mango, where Dolcetto and Moscato are cultivated and in the Monferrato, in Agliano Terme and Castagnole Monferrato where Barbera, Grignolino, Ruchè and Pinot are cultivated.

Cà ed  Balos’ flagship product is Moscato d’Asti DOCG, a dessert wine with intense aromas of peach, orange, elderberry, honey and musk. Dacapo’s flagship product is Nizza DOCG, a denomination born in 2014 which is the highest expression of Barbera d’Asti  Superiore, and of which the company has a recognized Cru: Vigna Dacapo. 

The magical atmosphere of the farmstead and its courtyard makes it an ideal place to linger while enjoying a wine tasting and taking in the nature in the very same place where, many years ago, dancing parties took place during the harvest time. Visitors can enjoy a tasting of the range of wines as well as tours of the vineyards.
