Tour Overview
In Sweden, naturally tasty, progressive and healthy food can be found just around the corner. In the lakes, forests and fields. This unique dining experience in Vånga involves cooking a three-course meal over an open fire with a local chef, using fresh produce from the kitchen garden, forest and lake.
Treat yourself to a unique fine dining experience closer to nature than ever before, set in a beautiful apple orchard right by the shore of Lake Ivösjön. You will get a basket with produce from the forest and the nearby farms and cook a dinner together over open fire. Try this with award-winning fruit and berry drinks from the area, or maybe a beer brewed with birch sap. The chef will share stories of beautiful Skåne, the pantry of Sweden, whilst you share your time together cooking the freshest produce from the lake, forest and kitchen garden.
This part of Skåne is well known for its wilderness. Find light beech forests and dark fir forests, big lakes and meandering rivers – all perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing and fishing. There is truly something for every nature lover.
Please note: The weather in Sweden can be unpredictable, especially in spring and autumn. Make sure you bring layers, a light waterproof jacket and comfy shoes.
This experience can also be operated on a private basis at a supplement. Contact us for more information.
